what colour should i tint my eye lashes?
i am very fair with blonde eyelashes, and medium blue eyes, and i am going to tint my eyelashes but i am not sure what colour would work.also i am going to tint them in a salon, but i have heard stories of server allergic reactions and i am wondering what is the risk?
i think probs black and the risks of having the tinted eyelashes are
Any procedure done to the eye or around it must be performed with the utmost caution. A patch test should be done at least two days before the eyelash tinting to make sure the patient is not allergic to any of the chemicals utilized. Cotton should also be placed beneath a patients closed eyes to protect them.
In most cases, the procedure is painless; however, if some dye does enter the eye, pain and stinging may occur. Dye should be immediately flushed from the eye or blindness may occur.
Eyelash tinting should only be done by a trained professional. Do not try it at home with a product like hair dye or henna.
Eyelash tinting should not be done if the patient is suffering from any kind of eye infection or irritation. You should also take out your contact lenses before the procedure begins. All eye makeup should also be removed. Patients should keep their eyes closed during the entire eyelash tinting. Eyelashes should be rinsed before the patient opens her eyes.
Please bear in mind that the FDA has not approved this procedure, no matter what precautions are taken.
Blindness is a risk and eyelash tinting has even proven fatal in the past.

wrayraeg : yeah, eyelashes are any colour, my friends are ginger and mine used to be white.
Go with a lighter shade of brown first– it’s easier to darken them with mascara than lighten them if dark brown or black ends up looking bad. Also ask the stylist for her advice. She’ll be flattered so she’ll try to do a good job because she definitely won’t want to lose a customer

i don’t have very long eyelashes but i want long eyelashes, any ideas of how i can grow then ?
I was lucky enough to have naturally long(ish) ones:)
I have heard that putting patroleum jelly on them at night and letting it dry and than some nice mascara on them in the morning. this grows them considerably. my sister did this and hers are very long. Her’s were already long though.
If you want them naturally long, thats the best way to go.
you can wear fake eyelashes but i heard those hurt to take off…
you could also wear the stiletto mascara by maybeline which makes them long and Lash Blast is supposed to do that same thing. Colossol also is supposed to work and make them thick and long. it’s up to you how you would like to go.
good luck:)

Currently I have OK eyelashes. They’re not super long anything but I would say they’re about average?
I’ve watched all these convincing youtube videos and these seemingly average people promise longer, fuller lashes (they look like fake ones even though they’re not!) they look ahhhmazing and I want those thick, long lashes!
Here’s my question:
I’m considering between Lilash and Mavala eyelash growth serum. I know there is a huge price difference and that has been swaying my choice. However if the mavala stuff isn’t going to give me a clearly noticeable difference then it isn’t even worth the 10 dollars.
However I also don’t want to spend 100 dollars for the lilash stuff if that doesn’t work miracles either!
I just wanted to know if anyone has had experience with either of these (especially with Mavala) and whether the results were noticeable or just slight. Also which one do you think I should try?
Thanks!
I had the same dilemma..
but after I read many good reviews on Lilash, I decided to try it first I’m glad I did:)
As I always tell my friends, you should try Lilash first since they offer 90 day money back and they have great doctors’ testimonials too. Regarding the $100, don’t forget that maybe you can find coupon….
