How to get eyelash glue off?

I wear false eyelashes sometimes and after I take them off sometimes the glue is stuck onto my natural lashes in clumps and they can stay on the lashes for days no matter how much I use water and wash and use makeup remover. How can I get it offffff

If you wear them every day then I wouldn’t use any type of oily makeup remover to get the stubborn glue off because it could make your next application of lashes fall off immediately or not adhere at all. You should be able to use your fingertips to remove the glue but if you cannot a pair of tweezers will do if you GENTLEY peel/pull the glue off. DO NOT grab lashes.

  1. You should be able to just peel it off gently. If not, rub a drop of jojoba oil or grapeseed oil into your lashes and that should get it off.

  3. First apply a warm water compress using a washcloth to the eye, leave it for about five minutes this should soften the glue. Then apply either a mineral based makeup remover or olive oil to a cotton ball and place it along the eyelashes with the eye closed, this should eat away the glue.Lastly use tweezers to peel away the fake lashes.

  4. Soften up the glue with the cottong swab / warm water. Place warm cotton swab on top of your lash line for few seconds. With other cotton swab (with some kind of oil – coconut or olive oil) gently rub over the place where the skin and lashes meet. Warm water with oil should do the job.
