What is the product that Kathy Lee is using for her eyelash growth?

Where can I find this product and how much is it?

I think it is Latisse…but I read that medications for lash growth over time darken the shade of your eyes. If you have pretty light blue or green eyes I wouldn't risk it…just buy false ones
